Albusurile se bat cu mixerul. Galbenusurile se amesteca cu zaharul, apa, uleiul, sarea, zaharul vanilat, faina, praful de copt si se toarna peste albusuri .<br /><br />Se pune intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, peste care se pun visinile fara simburi si date prin faina. Toata operatiunea se face cu mixerul. La sfarsit se pune bicarbonatul de sodiu stins cu zeama de lamaie.</div><div align="center"> <br /><br /></div><div align="center">Se lasa aluatul sa se odihneasca o jumatate de ora.</div><div align="center"> <br /><br /></div><div align="center">Se coc clatitele in tigaia teflonata, unsa cu putin ulei.</div><div align="center"> <br /><br /></div><div align="center">Dupa ce am copt 8 bucati, in aluat am adaugat 1 lingura de cacao si inca o lingura de zahar, plus un pic de lapte ca sa nu fie prea gros aluatul si am omogenizat bine. In reteta zice ca se dau la cuptor la 180 grade. Eu nu am aragaz modern, nu stiu cate grade erau, dar le-am pus la foc potrivit spre mic. </div><div>Intre timp se face siropul: se fierbe laptele cu zaharul pana se dizolva.</div><div></div><div>Dupa 20 min se scot afara si pe fiecare melc se pun 2 linguri de sirop. Am facut-o de mai multe ori, dar faceam aluatul cu mana.
